All orders are handled with great care by Stéphane Calvin. Your excitement and satisfaction when receiving your new piece of artwork are my priority, so please read below to see how I can help you.

Can I return the artwork I purchased?
All sales of original artwork are final.

My artwork arrived damaged OR was not delivered OR was lost OR was stolen from my doorstep. Is this something you can help with?
Stéphane Calvin is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or any damage that occurs post-delivery. I make it a priority to prepare each order with care in sturdy packaging so that it arrives undamaged, and I recommend that you handle your new artwork with care when framing and hanging. Please remember that I cannot control how shipping services handle a package, and I am just as saddened as you are if any damage occurs in transit.

With that being said, I recommend the following:

Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. If it was incorrect and the shipping service returns the package to my studio, I am more than willing to send it to your correct address, though I ask that you pay for the postage. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything I can do on my end, so I am unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are mailed within 4 business days. If there is a delay in your shipping your order, I will contact you immediately.

International Shipping Fees
For orders outside of the U.S., Canada, and Europe, please contact me before purchasing for a customized shipping quote.

Please review your country's local importing fees and taxes to avoid any surprises. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees. Any shipping charges collected by Stéphane Calvin do not include customs fees imposed by the importer's country. Refusal to pay any applied custom fees is not grounds for a refund.

PRINTS

Returns and refunds
We are sorry to hear you would like to return your print. Returns of print in excellent condition and in their original protective packaging should be initiated as soon as possible, but no later than 4 business days after you’ve received the print. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Processing of your refund will take up to 4 business days to be initiated.
Please contact me at stephanecalvin.art@gmail.com to start your return process. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Print arrived damaged or was not delivered
Please refer to the Fine Art shipping policy for undelivered or damaged items. That policy applies to prints as well.
